The matching helmet shares its appearance with the one used as part of the Rivet City security uniform, but is less protective and cannot be worn with eyewear. Curiously, the security armor can be repaired with combat armor and its variants, which would be a waste. It's identical stat-wise to the armored Vault 101 jumpsuit, except for the bonuses - the latter offers +5 to Small Guns and Energy Weapons. The security armor is essentially a starting armor, with low damage resistance providing basic protection against early foes. Vault security wear the base jumpsuit together with a black stab-proof vest, a radio, and a hard shell helmet with a hinged translucent visor, excellent for crowd control in confined spaces. Depending on the job assignment, the jumpsuit is designed to accommodate a variety of belts, including simple leather bands for children, rugged multi-purpose belts for general use, and specialized equipment for utility, lab, and security work. Reinforced elbows and knees give it extra durability under heavy use, with the interface port over the left breast used for a variety of purposes. Like other versions, it's a single-piece uniform, with a zipper down the front, leather armguards, and spacious pockets on the waist and thighs. The suit is less form fitting than other jumpsuit variants, but provides a good deal of comfort. Rather than extruded rubber, the suit uses a combination of denim - a quintessentially American material - and natural leather, combined to create a particularly rugged piece of equipment. Don't drink it afterwards, though.A rugged jumpsuit variant designed for heavy use among Vault-Tec machinery and infrastructure. To make a bottle of Nuka Cola Quantum, buy any blue soda (Jones Berry Lemonade is closest in color), remove the label by soaking the bottle in water, then add a glow effect by either placing it in your utility belt with a small flashlight or touch light below it, or insert a glow stick or waterproof light directly into the bottle. Look for other scrap pieces that could work as accessories. While you're there, pick up a plastic pipe (irrigation or plumbing department) and some metal silver spray paint - you can create yourself a nice looking fake metal pipe in minutes that way. You can find a variety of belts at stores like Home Depot. A utility belt with a pocket for accessories is a must. There are lots of variations on the Vault 101 jumpsuit outfit, but you may want to consider some patches or pockets to add to the suit. Likewise, you'll need the number 101 (or other variations, if you're going for another vault) - either make yourself the numerals out of yellow cloth or grab some iron-on heat transfer ones from a sports store. If you can't find iron-on strips, just get a pack of 1's, cut them into straight strips and iron them on to form a line. To give it the Fallout touch, you'll either need yellow cloth strips that you sew on to the collar and lapel, or get yourself some yellow iron-on decals. Every year, some company makes horror-themed blue jump suits (eg: killer mechanic, Michael Myers) that will do just fine. If you can't sew your own, just buy one of the many blue mechanic jumpsuits / overalls available online (eg, at Amazon).
